Fall Blogs: October 3rd

Hi, everyone!

My name is Grace Watts, and this is my first time blogging for Her Heritage! My mom (Tricia) and I are so proud to be part of the HH team, and you’ll be seeing us around a bit on the YouTube Channel and here on the blog. 🙂

Can you believe that we’re celebrating Her Heritage’s 1 year Anniversary?! We can’t wait for what the new year holds, and I thought it might be fun to introduce myself for my first post, so here we go!

I’m 17 years old, and a senior in high school. My entire family is actually moving from Florida to North Carolina at the end of this month, which should be crazy but fun! We know that God has a plan for us, and that this is all His timing. 🙂

So, let’s see…I guess I should tell you some of my hobbies! I always say, I’m just that crazy redhead girl! 🙂 I love anything involving working with my hands…sewing, knitting, crocheting, and baking are my favorite activities. I also enjoy making costumes, and wearing them for charitable events. This summer, I got to go to Shriner’s Hospital as Rapunzel with an awesome group of characters, and I also love doing Elsa, Anna, and Ariel. 🙂

I’m a hopeless nerd when it comes to history—my dream job is an interpreter at Colonial Williamsburg! I also adore anything vintage, from music to fashion, and you’ll never catch me without a red lipstick in my purse. 😉

Let’s see, I think that about covers it for me…this week over on the Her Heritage YouTube channel, there’s an awesome highlight reel video from the first year of HH, and you can check it out below!

My mom and I are SO excited to be joining the team with Cynthia, Ashley, and Brenda, and stay tuned for more articles and videos!

XOXO, Grace
